Lovely experience came here when it first opened, and always been thinking about coming back. It is rare to find quality sushi than your average rolls. Please check this spot the service is immaculate. The pictures don't do it justice.

いただきます美味しい The interior is spacious and the environment is elegant and comfortable. The staff are very friendly, and most importantly, every bite is a delight to the taste buds. I will definitely come back.

Sushi is very good. We also had a stir fry chicken udon dish along with a bowl of Ramen. Those dishes ok and Ramen broth was a little lacking in depth of flavor and not much in toppings. Sushi nigiri was the star and would visit again for that but its not a Ramen house so keep that in mind when ordering.

I have eaten here on three separate occasions, and am convinced this Japanese restaurant is a level above the rest in Elk Grove. My sons are both fans of sushi and they agree that the quality and preparation is better than they've had at other places. I have enjoyed their beef Udon soup and their shrimp tempura and salmon teriyaki all on separate occasions. My only suggestion to improve the atmosphere is to never have the news on the television. We will definitely be back!

Calm atmosphere with not too much people, great food and service as well! My wife and i found them looking for a place to eat and came across this place. The sushi was great! It made one of our top choices for sushi from here on out. I highly recommend this place! Thank you for a great night Ebisu Sushi!

We ordered the fish off the board. For 2 people and a bottle was 200ish. Maybe we’re bias but these prices are Bay Area prices. It’s hard to find these cuts in the Sacramento area. Everything in Sac seems to be mainly sushi theme , so we were happy to see premium sashimi cuts . I don’t think the natives here would appreciate the price though lol. We also under ordered because “it’s Sac” , scared of the quality and freshness . Not bad but the cost questionable

We ordered five rolls online (3 California, 1 Philly, 1 tempura shrimp). Online ordering was easy and successful. Quick walk to the restaurant. Order wasn't ready on time (about 5 minutes late) but that's not a big deal for me. Inside the restaurant is very bright, not very cozy. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Presentation was excellent - the boxes the rolls came in were a nice touch. Kids enjoyed their cali rolls. The tempura shrimp roll was very tasty - loved it. The philly roll was sub-par. The smoked salmon was bland and cream cheese unnoticeable. Pricing seemed a little high, but I'm not a good judge as I'm not local to the area. If you're in the area and craving sushi, sure, I'd recommend Ebisu Sushi.
